On species of the genus Poa L. section Stenopoa Dumort. (Poaceae) in the Eastern Europe

Abstract

Critical revision of the genus Poa L. section Stenopoa Dumort in the Eastern Europe is made. Influence of ecological conditions and hybridization on the species variability and speciation in the section is discussed. The synopsis of the section comprising 30 species and 8 varietes classified into 3 subsections is resulted. 1 new subsection, 9 new species and 8 new varietes are described.
