Abstract

The subspecies Althenia orientalis (Tzvelev) García-Mur. et Talavera subsp. betpakdalensis (Tzvelev) García-Mur. et Talavera is reported as new to the flora of the Transcaucasia and Azerbaijan. The genus Althеnia F. Pеtit is new for the region.
