Abstract

A system of the section Aphanoneuron (Nevski) Tzvelev of the genus Leymus Hochst. is proposed. The section is divided into the subsections Dasystachys Baikov et Lipin and Paboani Baikov et Lipin. The subsection Dasystachys is divided into the series Dasystachys Baikov et Lipin and Angusti Baikov et Lipin, the subsection Paboani is divided into the series Paboani Baikov et Lipin and Littorales Baikov et Lipin. 13 species of the genus Leymus in flora of Asian Russia are listed with data on their ecology, geographical distribution and types.
