Abstract

The article presents results of our critical study of type specimens of names of four Geranium L. species described by C. F. Ledebour on the base of his own collections and those by C. A. Meyer and A. A. Bunge in their expedition in 1826 in Altai Mountains and Dzungarian-Kyrgyz steppe. Nomenclatural data, information from the protologue, categories of type specimens and quotation of their labels are cited for the studied taxa.
