Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Pyatigorsk Regional Museum invite you to participate in a conference «Flora and reserve management and studies in the Caucasus: history and current state of study», dedicated to the 130th anniversary of Perkalskiy Arboretum. The conference will be held May 22–25, 2019.
The following topics will be discussed:
- history of study of flora of the Caucasus;
- history of creation and development of protected areas in the Caucasus;
- protected natural and historical territories in structure of the museums and memorial estates of the Caucasus;
- flora and vegetation of protected areas in the Caucasus.
